Are you passionate about creating positive professional learning experiences for teachers and school leaders?
The Participant and Program Support Officer is the face of the Regional Centre, providing hands‐on support to ensure every participant has a positive and seamless professional learning experience. Working within a collaborative team, this role supports the day‐to‐day running of the centre and its programs, from registration through to room set‐up.
Responsibilities
* Providing high‐quality end‐to‐end administrative and logistic support from program inception and participant registration through to program conclusion.
* Supporting participant communications across program stages using established processes and templates.
* Setting up rooms and virtual environments for professional learning events, including catering and accessibility coordination.
* Supporting the hiring of the Regional Centre for external use, including by schools, local community, and commercial organisations.
* Providing administrative support to the Regional Centre, including maintaining relationships with local facilities management service providers to ensure safe and effective operations.
Capabilities
* Demonstrated experience in supporting a customer‐facing operational environment to respond to participant enquiries, escalating complex issues as required.
* Ability to maintain accurate participant records and systems.
* Ability to assist with participant registration, onboarding and communications.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational and administrative skills to support program processes.
* Managing the efficient hiring and use of the facility by external parties.
* Good communication and collaboration skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant experience working in a dynamic, high‐performing customer service team.
