Morayfield State High School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Principal to lead and strengthen our Special Education Program. In this key leadership role, you will drive inclusive practices, support staff capability, and ensure personalised, high-quality educational outcomes for students with diverse learning needs. * Assist the Principal to lead the school community through the school special education program (SEP) or early childhood development program (ECDP) to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Deputise for the Principal when required.
* Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
* Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
* Set high standards for student and staff performance.
