Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong project leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects and act as deputy to our program management team, supporting project delivery.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Mentor and develop team members, enhancing capability within the business.
* Support design reviews, constructability assessments, and claims/assessments.
* Contribute to business growth through work-winning initiatives and program development.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years' experience on major civil infrastructure projects. Strong project leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
