Duties and Responsibilities
* Providing assistance to clients with their daily living tasks
* Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and assistance with personal hygiene
* Domestic assistance, community access and social support
* Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support
* Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
* Willing to travel to Box Hill
Minimum Requirements
* Cert 4 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Essential)
* Working with Children's Check (Essential)
* Tracheostomy Care (Essential)
