Key Sales Role
You are invited to apply for a senior sales position at our retirement estate.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining a sales database, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the National Sales Manager and Estate Manager to serve as the first point of contact for people enquiring about the estate.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and experience with Salesforce or CRM. They will also possess excellent presentation skills, be highly organised, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
* Implement strategic sales plans to identify and engage potential residents.
* Support the development of marketing campaigns to drive lead and database growth.
* Deliver informative sessions to promote brand awareness and understanding.
* Proactively engage with all enquiries to progress leads through the sales process to deposit and settlement.
About You:
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite is essential.
* Experience with Salesforce or CRM is desirable.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
