This restaurant is seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee its day-to-day operations. This is a casual position with full-time hours, pending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and direct the front-of-house team, including waitstaff, bartenders, and hostesses.
* Create strategies to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
* Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to maximise profitability.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of orders.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reservations in a professional manner.
* Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar management role.
* Strong leadership and people-management skills.
* Excellent customer-service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in inventory and cost control, and financial management.
* Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
