Opportunity
A renowned national mid-tier firm is seeking a Conveyancing Clerk to join their team, recognised as a leader in its field.
Supported with excellent resources, you will work on projects, and assist with any overflow work on an ad hoc basis.

Key Duties
* Manage case files, including opening, closing, and maintaining records
* Handle conveyancing processes from instruction to settlement
* Prepare legal documents, including contracts, certificates, searches, and settlement statements
* Prepare Land Registry documentation for Plan of Subdivision lodgement
* Coordinate settlements and subdivision lodgements, liaising with clients, solicitors, banks, and relevant authorities
* Process financial tasks, such as receipts and weekly billing
* Complete additional duties as required to support the team
About you
* Experience running conveyancing files
* Demonstrated experience using PEXA
* Ability to handle a high volume of work
* Excellent file management and attention to detail
* Outstanding communication and client management skills
