About the Role: Assistant Project Manager
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a key role in driving project success by supporting our delivery teams and ensuring our standards are upheld across every phase of the build.
This role is perfect for a CA looking to take the step in to Project Management.
What you'll be doing
Champion Baseline's system standards across the project lifecycle
Support the Project Manager and Site Manager in contract administration and compliance
Assist with budget management and cost reporting
Contribute to all project phases—from tender to close-out
Coordinate project resources and liaise with senior management
Manage formal project deliverables aligned with Baseline's systems and outcomes
Manage RFIs and project documentation
Chair internal and external meetings
Oversee procurement and subcontractor engagement
Ensure quality control and compliance
What we're looking for
Experience in Contract Administration or Project Engineering within the construction industry (New Build experience highly regarded)
Construction General Induction (White Card)
Strong collaboration skills within diverse, multicultural teams
Passion for construction, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
Qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or Cert IV in Building and Construction (highly advantageous)
Australian Citizenship (required for Defence Base access)
