Assistant Store Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced store manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising your team, and ensuring exceptional customer service is being provided.
This role involves working closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success. You will have the opportunity to coach and develop team members, promote genuine service, and create positive experiences for customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step. You should also have experience in retail or trade, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of mechanical/automotive parts, flexible availability, a valid driver's licence, and physical capacity to perform the duties of the role.
