About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter with proven expertise in luxury residential construction. Based primarily in Pymble, you will work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure all carpentry works are delivered to an exceptional standard, while assisting with trade coordination and site management as required.
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded carpenter with hands-on experience across all stages of residential construction, from framing through to lock-up and fine finishes.
What You Need
- Trade qualification in Carpentry (essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ post-apprenticeship experience in the luxury/high-end residential sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to confidently read and interpret plans/drawings
