We create strong and caring communities and place people at the centre of all we do.About your new role:As a Registered Nurse with Baptist Care Home Care, you will be supporting clients in Forster/Tuncurry and surrounding areas (including Tea Gardens, Gloucester and Port Macquarie as needed)and will play a vital role in providing high- quality care to clients living at home.
You will ensure care aligns with aged care quality standards while promoting independence, safety, and an improved quality of life.
Reporting to the Senior Nurse Consultant, your key responsibilities will be: Delivering Clinical CareConducting Comprehensive Assessments and regular reviewsCare Planning and CoordinationAdvocating for ClientsProviding Health EducationMonitoring Health and Reporting OutcomesNetworking and Promoting Baptist Care Services This position is full time, 38 hours per week.
There is a wide travel radius, and travel will be reimbursed as per the Baptist Care NSW and ACT Aged Care Enterprise Agreement.

You must have: Registered Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registrationMinimal 12 months clinical experience in acute or aged care sectorCurrent unrestricted Australian driver's licence with minimum Third-Party Damage InsuranceExcellent written and verbal communicationIntermediate level of computer skillsSound clinical decision making and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrate an understanding and appreciation of Baptist Care's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at work Have more questions?
