We're looking for a Project Manager to step into a growing delivery environment, supporting multiple key clients as workload increases from July. You'll work across a mix of waterfall and DevOps delivery, partnering closely with an established Service Delivery Manager while owning day-to-day project outcomes.
This is a people-facing role as much as a delivery role - success comes from clear communication, sound judgement, and the ability to adapt across different stakeholders and priorities.
What you bring
* Strong intellectual and emotional intelligence. You think clearly, communicate well, and handle complex situations with maturity
* Proven experience delivering projects using waterfall and DevOps methodologies
* Confidence working across multiple clients and shifting priorities
* A team-oriented mindset and a calm, solutions-focused approach
* Well developed verbal and written communication skills
* Baseline or NV1 clearance is desirable.
