The Role

You will join our passionate production team at Bega on the Sapphire Coast of NSW, where we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality dairy products enjoyed across Australia. You'll be part of a supportive, safety-focused and collaborative team that keeps our manufacturing operations running smoothly every day.
Responsibilities
* Operate machinery and equipment safely in line with procedures and standards
* Deliver production activities to meet daily and weekly schedules and targets
* Perform quality checks and follow work instructions to ensure product specifications are met
* Monitor machines and processes, identifying and escalating issues promptly
* Support a positive team culture through communication, collaboration and continuous improvement
About You
* Strong awareness of workplace health and safety standards
* Attention to detail, and ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements
* Clear communicator who works well in a team, shows reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn
* Experience in food manufacturing environment is highly desirable(not essential)
* Willing to work a 24/5, 24/6 or 24/7 rotating roster, covering day, afternoon, and night shifts
