About the Role
At Dreame Technology, we are looking for a Brand Manager to lead our beauty category-level of brand building and shaping how consumers perceive our products across key segments.
This role is focused on driving strong and differentiated brand positioning at the category level. You will define the role Dreame plays in each category and translate it into clear, compelling, and consistent communication across all consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the end‐to‐end brand strategy for assigned categories, including positioning, target audience definition, value proposition, and messaging hierarchy
* Develop clear and differentiated category narratives that move beyond product features, translating technology into meaningful consumer benefits and emotional connections
* Lead the development of integrated brand campaigns, from idea to execution, ensuring consistent storytelling across all channels and touch points
* Build and strengthen Dreame's brand equity within each category, driving awareness, consideration, and long-term brand preference
* Establish scalable messaging frameworks and guardrails to ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and communication across all marketing outputs
* Leverage consumer, cultural, and market insights to continuously refine positioning and identify whitespace opportunities for brand growth
* Act as the category brand lead, influencing creative direction and ensuring all campaigns and content align with the defined brand narrative
* Work closely with global teams to localise brand strategy and ensure relevance for the ANZ market while maintaining global consistency
* Drive strategic brand partnerships (e.g. creators, media, cultural platforms, and relevant collaborators) to amplify category narratives and enhance brand credibility and reach
* Identify and develop partnership opportunities that strengthen Dreame's positioning within each category, ensuring collaborations are brand‐led and insight‐driven
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and creative partners, to deliver high‐quality, cohesive brand communication
* Monitor brand health and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to improve brand impact over time
What We're Looking For
* 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, category marketing, or strategic marketing roles within relevant industries
* Strong understanding of brand building, positioning, and consumer behavior
* Has prior brand marketing experience in beauty, skincare, personal care areas
* Proven ability to develop clear messaging and translate complex products into compelling narratives
* Experience leading or contributing to integrated brand campaign with strong strategic thinking with good creative judgement
* Familiarity with brand tracking, consumer research, and insight generation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working across multiple product categories with global teams & ANZ local market
