Job Description
A great opportunity exists for a Counsel to join our Sydney Corporate Real Estate practice on a 14‑month fixed‑term contract. The role involves providing legal advice and support on a range of real‑estate transactions and matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Advise on legal aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, platform transactions and general property advice
* Draft, review and negotiate a variety of real estate contracts
* Liaise with clients, counterparties and external counsel as required
* Supervise and manage a team of graduate, associate and senior associate level real estate specialists
Qualifications
* Australia qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate in Australia
* Significant post‑qualification experience in corporate real‑estate law
* Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to manage multiple matters and work to deadlines
* Experience in managing a team (law firm or in‑house team preferred)
