**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through on-road sales activities.
- Plan and execute regular visits to existing customers to promote Howmet Fastening Systems' products.
- Service and grow accounts to meet sales targets through effective presentations, training, joint calls, and support services.
- Implement new and innovative HFS products through detailed project management and marketing programs.
- Provide insights and opportunities to the Sales & Marketing Manager for incorporation into the organization's sales and marketing strategy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HFS displays at trade shows and events.
- Interstate travel may be required.
- Maintain a database of potential contacts and opportunities for HFS utilizing available resources.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Mechanical aptitude is essential; trade-related background preferred.
- Previous technical sales experience in the fastening or related industries, as well as in the Mining, Rail, Oil, and Gas industries, is highly beneficial.
- Must possess an unrestricted Victorian driver's license.
