We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Earthmoving Labourer to join our team.
The role involves assisting machine operators, supporting earthworks activities, and maintaining safe and productive work sites.
Room to grow and operate machines and truck.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general earthworks, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation
Support operators of excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other earthmoving machinery
Use hand tools, shovels, rakes, and compacting equipment
Spot for machinery to ensure safe operations
Load and unload materials and equipment
Maintain clean and organised work areas
Follow all WHS/OHS procedures and safety protocols
Report hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in earthmoving, civil construction, or labouring (preferred but not essential)
White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in various weather conditions
Reliable transport to and from site
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Safety-focused mindset
Driving License required
