This role involves leading our supported living service in a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports individuals.
1. Key Responsibilities:
2. - Allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervision's and appraisals
3. - Developing care plans to support the growth of confidence and independence among staff members
4. - Ensuring smooth day-to-day management of the service while reporting directly to Management.
