Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our retail team as a Store Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs
* Recruiting, training, developing, and succession planning your team members
* Managing daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping
* Rostering your team in line with store trading
