The Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President leads CQUniversity’s strategic direction, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Within this, the Office of the Associate Vice-President (Rockhampton and Central Highlands) drives regional priorities, community partnerships, and high-quality educational outcomes across local campuses. 
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-level support to management, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring seamless communication between the office and its internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include: 
Providing executive support including diary, travel, and correspondence management.Acting as a professional first point of contact for stakeholders.Coordinating office workflows, committee support, and financial tasks.Assisting with events, reporting, and minor project administration.

Position Requirements 
Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of an associate diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Proficient in computer operation, including business software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email) and corporate information systems.Proven ability to operate in a cooperative and collaborative team-based environment, including contributing to the achievements of team goals, KPIs, and project outcomes.Current C Class Driver’s LicenseBlue card (Working with children positive notice)
