We are seeking a remarkable Senior Associate / Special Counsel to join our high performing Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety (WRES) Perth team.
This role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to:

Responsibilities
Working closely with our reputable partner, Anna Casellas, you will counsel clients across:
* Industrial relations, employment, work health and safety, anti-discrimination and diversity
* Compliance and regulatory matters, strategic and industrial advice
* Litigation across all Courts and Tribunals
* Various employment relationship matters from recruitment to termination
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar Senior Associate / Special Counsel position
* Strong academic ability and drafting skills
* Ability to provide timely, accurate and commercially astute advice
* Strong sense of purpose, ambition and proactive approach
* Drive for business development and practice growth
* Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, as well as in a team
* High degree of initiative, dedication and organisational ability with client and commercial focus
