Duties
* Provide support to our participants with behaviours of concern, mental, physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
* MUST BE CHEERFUL, CONFIDENT AND UPBEAT!
* Understand and provide appropriate care to participants with low needs.
* Support participants with high needs who demonstrate a range of challenging behaviors.
* Assisting with activities relating to daily living, community support, and empowerment.
* Perform personal care including showering and toileting.
* Support persons with disability, to live independently in their own homes and participate in the community, in a dignified and secure manner in accordance with individual care plans.
* Encourage and support people to participate in decision-making about the service they receive.
