Job Description
The Enterprise Solutions Specialist actively drives strategy execution and sales of the GE Healthcare portfolio and provides formal clinical and technical expertise for the assigned products/solutions and services. You are expected to differentiate GE product offerings, convey compelling value propositions, qualify opportunities, develop and present solutions proposals and quotations, and respond to customers' clinical and technical questions. You will have the clinical ability to provide post-sale customer support, including on-site clinical in-servicing and go-live support. The Enterprise Solutions Specialist works in conjunction with Account Managers where required for opportunity management.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Provide clinical and technical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of product features, including potential uses, capabilities, and benefits to customers.
2. Implement portfolio strategy at an account level within the assigned territory.
3. Establish and develop strong business relationships, identify and respond to key decision makers' needs, and maintain account contact records in CRM tools.
4. Build a network of key opinion leaders within your territory.
5. Communicate market trends, including competitor data, and support counterstrategy implementation.
6. Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services and be able to discuss their benefits relevantly to customers.
7. Stay updated on market and competitor knowledge related to products, solutions, and services.
8. Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers on software, applications, or equipment use, and monitor customer installations to enhance satisfaction and relationships.
9. Differentiate assigned products during sales stages, utilizing GEHC resources and marketing materials to support customer decision-making.
10. Represent the company at medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote products and solutions.
11. Ensure accuracy and integrity of order entry and configuration, aligning with customer inputs.

* Report quality or compliance concerns and take corrective actions.
Quality Specific Goals
* Comply with GEHC Quality Manual, Management Systems, policies, and applicable laws.
* Complete all quality and compliance training timely.
* Operate within privacy, anti-competition, environmental health policies, and laws.
* Drive continuous process improvements for quality management.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of technical product promotion/sales experience in healthcare or technical fields.
* Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
* Strong interfacing skills with internal teams and external customers.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in the local language and English.
* Able to travel and hold a valid motor vehicle license.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience as a healthcare professional in a hospital or private practice setting.
