Position Summary: Assist in managing the Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines of the Marriott property Oversee preventative maintenance repairs with direction from the Engineering manager Liaise with contractors and suppliers for equipment and relationship building Manage the engineering maintenance team, supporting them with operational tasks Actively identify, conduct and manage repairs to the building and equipment Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement creative improvement initiatives, setting the pace in the industry Be a strong supervisor by providing motivation and support to the associates About You: Relevant managerial experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
