Payroll Transformation Expert
Sydney-based team expanding to meet high demand for payroll transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions
* Deliver end-to-end implementation projects across varied industries
* Facilitate payroll design workshops and gather complex requirements
* Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP and superannuation
* Maintain quality and governance across deliverables
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience
* Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
* Proven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projects
* Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable)
* Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment (desirable)
