The role of a Sales Support Representative is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the sales landscape. You will be responsible for building and maintaining displays in line with trade standards, ensuring adequate stock cover, and maximizing sales by seeking incremental opportunities.
As a key member of our team, you will have frequent contact with customer store staff, assisting with selling tasks such as selling in, confirming, or upgrading promotional activity. Your excellent communication skills and interpersonal savvy will enable you to manage customer relationships effectively.
Key to your success will be your ability to perform merchandising duties at store level, adhere to scheduled Call Plans, and assist Territory Managers in achieving business objectives and targets. Additionally, you will need to ensure strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines.
Requirements include a Higher school certificate and previous experience in a merchandising/sales role preferably in a grocery or FMCG organisation. Drive for Results, Customer Focus, Interpersonal Savvy, Creativity, Problem Solving, and Basic Selling Skills are essential qualities for this role.
This part-time position requires 15 hours per week, with flexibility to increase when needed. You must be available 2-3 days a week and have access to a roadworthy vehicle.
