The Centre Administration Officer is a newly created role to deliver key administration and operational support for library and youth services at the Dalyellup Library and Youth Hub.

* Provide support to our Community and our Library and Youth teams
Job Description
As the Centre Administration Officer, you will coordinate and deliver the day‐to‐day administrative operations of the Dalyellup Library and Youth Hub, ensuring bookings, records, customer enquiries and operational processes support safe, reliable and welcoming community access to the centre. Flexibility will be required for occasional evening and weekend work to assist with programs and events where required.

* Base annual salary $68,841 per annum dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications
* Annual leave loading of 17.5%

* Demonstrated experience in administration, customer service or front‐of‐house roles within a community, facility or service environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with young people, families and community members.
* Well‐developed organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and competing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using booking, records management or administrative systems.
* Ability to work with a moderate level of autonomy within established procedures while contributing positively to a team environment.
* Commitment to maintaining a child‐safe and inclusive environment.
* Current Working With Children Check.
* Ability to respond to varying operational demands in a community facility environment.
