We are now seeking a passionate and driven Casual Clinical Consultant to join our Joint Replacement team in Mackay, QLD.
The nature of the employment would start as a casual role with potential requirements for weekend work.
You will provide clinical and technical support to orthopaedic surgeons, nurses and hospital staff.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide clinical and technical support during orthopaedic procedures, primarily in hip and knee replacement
* Build strong, trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
* Deliver ongoing training and education to hospital staff on the effective use of Stryker products
* Collaborate with the sales team to support territory objectives and case planning
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and clinical techniques
* Ensure exceptional service and support to both public and private hospitals across the Northern Territory
What we're looking for:
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, science, biomedical engineering)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, theatre-based environment
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous
* Current driver's license and flexibility to travel as required
