Requirements
* Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
* Proficiency in running and troubleshooting qPCR assays and potentially ddPCR.
* Hands-on experience in a diagnostic PCR laboratory with veterinary disease familiarity.
* Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve outstanding results.
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and biosafety cabinet protocols.
