English and Mandarin Chinese bilingual speaking
Responsible and accountable
Excellent ability to work in a team and independently
Job type--PT/CASUAL
2-4 days shifts.
Shifts are available most weekends Saturdays or Sundays
Tasks & responsibilities
Answer direct phone calls from customers.
Conduct client documents processing and filing
Complete customer request and customer account reconciliation
Assist in day to day branch operations and administration
Daily transaction data entry and daily bank reconciliation
Professional training provided
Base salary plus superannuation for a long term position
