The Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager
We seek an experienced candidate to join our KFC Moranbah restaurant team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This role involves assisting the Restaurant General Manager in fostering a positive work environment for Team Members.
Key Criteria:
* Experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry
* Proven ability to engage, lead, and motivate Team Members
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and interpersonal)
* Valid driver's license required
* Competent computer skills
* Energetic, resourceful, and committed
