Lead Project Planner
MACA Interquip Mintrex, a division of MACA Ltd, is seeking an experienced Lead Project Planner to join our growing team in West Perth.
We are a multi-disciplinary company with a proven track record in delivering EPC and EPCM projects for the resources sector, specializing in mineral processing facilities for clients across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist Project Managers with planning and scheduling activities on projects.
2. Develop and monitor plans and schedules, including baselines, activity completion, trend identification, and corrective actions for on-time delivery.
3. Provide earned value progress reporting, manning profiles, and S-Curves.
4. Liaise with project teams and stakeholders for effective communication.
5. Highlight schedule issues as they arise.
6. Evaluate third-party contractor schedules.
7. Interpret scope of work documents and provide execution strategy guidance.
Requirements:
1. Certifications/advanced skills in Primavera P6, including resource allocation and leveling.
2. Proven experience in project scheduling for Mine Site Construction across multiple disciplines.
3. High proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
4. Engineering qualification or equivalent professional knowledge gained through significant experience.
5. Understanding of engineering deliverables.
6. Technical Trade Qualification.
