PMO Manager – SAP S/4HANA Transformation
Location: Sydney | Contract: 6‐Month + Extensions | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

One of our established clients is embarking on a major SAP S/4HANA Transformation – a multi‐year enterprise programme that's reshaping the business. We're seeking an experienced PMO Manager to provide structure, governance and delivery oversight across this complex programme of work. You'll work closely with Programme Leadership to drive consistency, ensure visibility and enable confident decision‐making across all streams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the PMO function within a large‐scale SAP/ERP transformation environment
* Establish and maintain governance frameworks, processes and controls
* Manage programme risk, issue and change‐control registers
* Ensure quality, reporting accuracy and delivery milestone tracking
* Drive resource management and financial forecasting across streams
* Champion continuous improvement within program delivery
Key Experience
* 7+ years proven PMO management experience across complex programmes
* Strong understanding of ERP/SAP delivery environments (S/4HANA experience highly valued)
* Expertise in stakeholder management and executive reporting
* Risk, issue and dependency management
* Resource and financial governance
* Quality assurance and continuous improvement
* Experience supporting data migration or transformation programmes is a plus
* Must hold Australian working rights and be Sydney‐based
Contract Details
Initial 6‐month contract (extensions available – 2‐year programme)
Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite / flexible WFH
