About the Role
You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing operational skills training programs for Protective Services Officers and recruits.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the analysis of relevant operational skills and collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and maintain information management systems.
As part of this role, you will also work closely with colleagues to enhance service delivery outcomes relating to education and training.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Conduct needs analysis to determine training requirements and develop strategies to meet these needs.
* Develop and deliver training programs in accordance with policies, best practices, and procedures.
* Assess staff performance and prepare reports based on these assessments.
* Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of training policies, best practices, and standards.
* Undertake the assessment and evaluation of internal training programs.
* Maintain accurate records and establish effective communication channels with internal and external clients and stakeholders.

Role Requirements
* Familiarity with adult education methodologies and experience using Microsoft Office products is highly desirable.
* Previous experience with training design and delivery is also advantageous.
