Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage a team in the end-to-end delivery of a range of procurements for the 31st Conference of the Parties (COP31).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a small team in the procurement process for COP31.
* Develop and implement procurement strategies that deliver value for money outcomes for the Government.
* Plan, lead and manage a range of matrix resources to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Experience managing, or assisting in managing, a diverse group of stakeholders including internal, external, domestic and international.
* Demonstrate superior time management skills, with motivation to be innovative, and challenge traditional ways of conducting business.
Desirable Qualifications
Certificate IV in Procurement and Contract Management or progress towards qualification will be highly regarded.
