About the role:
Performatec seeks a project manager to support our operations team.
We are looking for a client focused, practical, and trainablecandidate to join our team and lead successful projects. They will desire to provide our clients with efficient and high-quality service, in line with our company standards.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the preparation, delivery and installation of CNC machines around Australia.
Collaborate with marketing team in the preparation and execution of company events, such as in-house showroom events and large-scale trade shows.
Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders including but not limited to clients, suppliers, technicians, operations, sales, service teams and more.
Oversee operational success of projects including logistics, labour management, cost and time control, and related reporting obligations.
Enjoy professional exposure in an interesting and growing industry, surrounded by industry professionals and experts.
About you:
To be successful in this position, you will be very organised, able to multitask, and have excellent time management. You will need to be able to pay attention to detail while working under pressure. You will be required to work both individually and within teams to execute projects.

Desirable skills and experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in office/administration/operations management or coordination.

Ability and eagerness to learn and grow with the role.
Background knowledge and/or interest in logistics, operations, electrical, engineering, mechanical, and machinery related work will be advantageous.
