We are seeking a driven Sales Merchandiser who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with farmers, producers, and trade customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.
* Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone.
* Operate registers and process sales orders efficiently.
* Replenish stock, merchandise, and prepare orders for delivery on time.
* Respond to product and pricing queries promptly.
* Maintain a clean, friendly, and professionally presented store environment.
Requirements:
* Passion for agriculture and customer service with a positive attitude.
* Computer savvy and confident using systems (SAP experience highly desirable).
* Previous retail or customer service experience.
* Self-motivation, reliability, and ability to work independently or in a team.
* A current driver's licence required, forklift ticket desirable.
