The opportunity Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting the CFO and leading the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial control, and continuous improvement across systems and processes. You’ll play a key role in providing financial insights that support business decision-making while managing and developing an offshore finance team. Your tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Financial Reporting & Control Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and deliver management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Oversee financial consolidations and maintain data integrity Manage statutory compliance (ATO, ASIC, audit, banking requirements) Strengthen internal controls and identify improvement opportunities Take ownership of offshore team output to ensure quality and deadlines are met Planning & Business Support Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Provide financial insights to support operational and commercial decisions Assist in preparing reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders Systems & Process Improvement Identify and implement improvements across financial processes Enhance reporting capabilities across Xero, Power BI, and related systems Drive automation and efficiency initiatives Evaluate systems and tools to support business growth Team Leadership Manage and develop a small offshore finance team About You CA or CPA qualified 3–6 years’ experience in finance or accounting (Big 4 experience highly regarded) Experience in a fast-paced or PE-backed environment is advantageous Strong experience with Xero; exposure to Power BI or similar tools Experience working with offshore or shared services teams High attention to detail with strong accountability Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into insights Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment Demonstrated commitment to quality, organised, self-motivated and self-driven.
