Job Description
As our Director-Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing space where children can learn, explore, and grow. You will work closely with your team to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of educators in the delivery of early childhood education programs
* Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and the local community
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe and supportive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance program quality
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* An ACECQA-approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
* Approved Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain
* Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certification
* Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
* Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards, the Early Years Learning Framework, and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide
