Business Development Executive
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in technical sales support, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients across various industries. They will be responsible for developing and managing alliances, contributing to marketing and business strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
The role requires a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability, with a strong focus on delivering results and exceeding targets. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical sales support to clients via phone and in-person
* Develop and manage alliances and partnerships
* Contribute to marketing and business strategies
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Prepare and deliver clear and persuasive presentations and pitches
* Manage product demonstrations and trials
* Monitor market conditions and competitors
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
* A valid Australian driver's license and own vehicle
* Flexibility to travel regionally and occasionally interstate
