Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative based in Darwin, NT. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying potential leads, managing lead generation efforts, and supporting the sales team in developing new business opportunities across Rimfire Group.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Sales and Lead Generation, with experience in identifying and reaching potential customers
* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
* Experience in Sales and Business Development, including the ability to identify opportunities and create strategic plans for client acquisition and growth
* Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
* Familiarity with the energy or utilities industry is a plus
* Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Sufficient with CRM systems
