THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a senior Interior Designer with five or more years' experience who can confidently manage projects from concept to completion, and who genuinely enjoys working with people including clients, collaborators, and teammates.
You will work across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, taking ownership of design outcomes while contributing to a studio culture that values growth, balance, and creative integrity.
This is a role for someone ready to step into responsibility, not just deliverables.

* You are someone who has five or more years' experience working within an interior design studio
* Can manage projects start to finish with confidence and care
* Builds strong and genuine relationships with clients and consultants
* Communicates clearly and thoughtfully with emotional intelligence

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Leading interior projects from concept through to documentation and site delivery
* Developing strong design narratives aligned with Twostyle's ethos
* Producing drawings, schedules and presentations using Revit and sketching/modelling
* Managing clients, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
* Attending site visits and ensuring design intent is delivered onsite
* Collaborating closely with the Interiors team to deliver considered and high-quality outcomes
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Revit capability
* Strong sketching and conceptual design skills
* Solid understanding of documentation, detailing and construction processes
* Experience across residential and or commercial interiors
