Wsp is seeking a Senior Associate to Principal Structural Engineer to lead project and design across water infrastructure and asset rehabilitation programs in Australia. This role offers flexibility to work from Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne, allowing up to 2–3 days per week from home.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering, and be a Chartered Professional Engineer. You will be responsible for delivering complex designs and leading teams while maintaining client relationships.
