Paradise Mazda is a well‑respected South Australian family‑owned and operated high‑volume Mazda dealership. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate full‑time Experienced New Car Sales consultant to join our New Car Sales team in Paradise, SA. If you are a customer‑focused individual with a drive for excellence who loves building relationships with people, we want to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a family‑oriented team of professionals committed to delivering fantastic outcomes for our customers.
Please note that your work hours are Monday to Saturday, with a rostered day off each week .
Responsibilities
* Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager.
* Meet and exceed dealership KPIs set for new vehicle sales (including volume, gross and accessory sales).
* Promoting aftermarket, finance and insurance products.
* Liaise with F/I and Aftermarket departments as required.
* Ensure that all benchmarks required by Mazda are met.
* Providing exceptional customer service through Mazda's "Ultimate Customer Experience" and "Mazda Mindset".
* Ensuring high‑level customer satisfaction by building strong relationships.
* Handling customer enquiries via telephone, e‑mail and in person.
* Ad hoc duties as instructed by management.
You will be great in this role because
* You have significant experience (5 years plus) in vehicle sales.
* You have exceptional interpersonal skillsets.
* You have highly developed organisational and time‑management skills.
* Strong commitment and dedication towards a process‑driven environment.
* Current driver's licence.
* Experience working with Dealer Management Systems.
