**What's the role?**
In this role you will:
- Ownership of the community and moderation on all social platforms
- Implementing best practice standards to maximise referral traffic from
- social content
- and high-quality content
- Working with key video personnel to distribute and develop engaging, relevant
- Increasing the footprint of our content to maximise audience reach and
- engagement
- Setting and delivering best-in-class community management and moderation
- standards
- Reporting analysis and insights.
**Who you are**
- Demonstrated experience in producing social content for a media brand
- Creation of social video content and formats
- Ability to use and understand Adobe producers and/or Canva
- An understanding of the news and lifestyle category from a social media
- perspective
- Understanding and use of TikTok highly desirable
- Experience in news gathering
- Understanding of news and current affairs content creation and trends
- Ability to use data and insights to create content
- Proven crisis management ability and community moderation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
