In this position, you'll be responsible for owning end-to-end solution design, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure designs are technically sound and business-aligned. Your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering scalable solutions, contributing hands-on to complex configuration, and supporting others in maintaining consistent design quality.
* Key skills and qualifications include 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, depth in modules like HCM, Compensation, Payroll, or Time Tracking, and experience leading at least two end-to-end Workday implementations.
* You should be able to communicate clearly and confidently, creating quality documentation and guiding stakeholders through complex changes.
