About the role:
Regional Human Resources Manager
The Regional Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing HR operations and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies within their assigned region.
Key responsibilities include delivering high-level customer service, maintaining knowledge of employment law, resolving employee relations issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
This role requires building effective relationships with managers in the region to support them in effectively managing their teams.
Workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and team leadership are also key areas of responsibility.
To be successful, you'll need a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Manager or Business Partner role, preferably in a high-tech industry.
You should have experience with HR practices and legislation in the region, as well as working with sales teams.
