Your new role
* Oversee the presentation, maintenance and compliance of all buildings and precincts, ensuring high standards and WHS alignment.
* Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including inspections, contractor coordination, and maintenance workflows.
* Administer commercial and retail leases, including lease commencement, expiry and make‑good requirements.
* Support tenant fit‑outs and liaise with internal project teams and precinct leaders.
* Build strong tenant relationships and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Monitor operating expenses, assist with budget preparation, and ensure timely recovery invoicing.
* Ensure contractor compliance, inductions, licensing and safety protocols are met.
* Manage key authorisation processes and participate in the on‑call roster for after‑hours property issues.
* Uphold organisational values, risk management processes
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring a strong combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and service delivery capability. Specifically, you will demonstrate:
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, ensuring administrative tasks, invoicing and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time.
* A proactive, self‑starting mindset with the ability to work autonomously and identify priorities.
* High attention to detail, professional presentation, and an understanding of representing the organisation at all times.
* Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a diverse Property Management Team.
* Competence across Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn internal software systems.
* Commitment to WHS, risk management and compliance standards.
