Achieve Something Great
We're looking for a motivated and service‐focused administrator to support our fast‐paced Aged Care team.
* Provide high‐quality first‐line support to consumers via phone, email, and in person.
* Manage a high volume of enquiries from families, service providers, and individuals accessing My Aged Care.
* Contribute to the smooth operation of the District call centre.
* Work collaboratively within a dedicated team that consistently meets national KPI requirements.
