The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Representative should have:
* Previous experience of 3+ years in a customer service role.
* Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
